CSS understands that you have many choices when it comes to deciding upon where to work as a contractor. We specialize in finding the right contract position, anywhere in the country, for the most favorable rate for the position.

Experienced Recruiters: We conduct our candidate searches with experienced and knowledgeable researchers and recruiters who each have a strong background in recruiting. Recruiters and researchers will not waste your time and will let you know what we can do for you. Job searches are vigorously conducted by our staff, enabling you to continue to work, while we find the right job for you! CSS will sift through the positions and only present the opportunities that suit your needs.

Recruiters and Salespeople: Our Recruiters can spend 100% of their time with contractors/jobbers, since CSS recruiters do not sell or manage client accounts like they do at other firms. This means they have more time to create better-long lasting relationships with our contractors. More time to find you that new gig!

Employment Choices: CSS offers you the choice of no frills-highest rate recruiting for regular and overtime pay or contracts with employer-contributed healthcare for medical, dental and vision with fast 30-day eligibility, 401k, and per diem splits. CSS also offers all contractors direct deposit or manual check option and referral bonus’.

No Frills Plan: CSS works with you, focusing on the highest rate, with no benefits. This is better for contractors who prefer the maximum rate and/or do not need benefits. Every hour or overtime hour is then paying at your higher rate, unlike benefits which are a stagnant rate. A higher base rate also typically leads to higher increases later on, since the pay increase is usually based on a percent of pay. Per diem splits are available on this plan.

Full Health Benefit Plan: CSS offers a full benefit plan with CSS contributing to your healthcare costs. We have full plans from PPO to HMO including dental, vision and prescription drugs. Our plans have a 30-day eligibility as does our 401k. Per diem splits are typically taken by people on this plan.

Personal Attention to Your Needs: We are a small firm. Smaller is better. We provide the personal attention that other larger providers cannot.

Fast Placement: Most CSS Client’s conduct telephone interviews and do not require personal interviews for placement. This enables the contractor to save the cost of travel to interviews and speeds placement. Most CSS contractors start their gigs within 1 week of the telephone interview!
